Stopped by A Plus at 8:00 on a Friday night to have a screw taken out of a tire and ended up talking with Mike for 45 minutes about upgrading my factory audio system. Decided to go with his recommendation and had it installed a couple of weeks later. Couldn't be happier with the outcome! Very nice upgrade at a very reasonable price! Mike took the time to explain the whole process after it was done. By the way, the tire was repaired in a matter of minutes too... I went in to have Mike look at my husband's factory radio... He ended up needing to put an aftermarket system in. He was really great about the whole thing, from finding the right system to fit my budget to being quick as possible. While waiting for my car I saw many people stop in for a small question or a job and he helped every single one like they were his most important customers.
